During peak I had a guy order a tall quad dry coconut milk cappuccino... literally my barista who was on bar cringed and made the order only to have them pull up to the window and say he wanted longshots......
after handing it to while killing my time on drive thru he then complained how it wasn’t DRY!!! After explaining it to him how hard it is to get dry he began to rant how the other stores always do it....

4 long shots is going to almost take up the whole tall cup if you want it dry get normal espresso shots or ristretto bc the shots are the ready it’s impossible to be dry. i don’t understand some people
