One of my shifts didn’t even know the “starbucks sizes” when he was hired. Don’t worry lol.

I do not drink coffee and didn’t know anything about coffee. They had me taste these different coffees and asked me to describe them. I wanted to say “Dirt. They all taste like dirt Megan” lol but seriously. They had me taste a fresh shot and then a dead one. Couldn’t tell even the slightest difference. I think you’ll listen in to other partners conversations when talking to customers that will help you on what to say when you get questions to help your customers.

No they will teach you everything you need to know for the most part, I didn’t know anything about it but I did just fine and Ive been partner for over two years now! Good luck though, it can be kind of stressful when your first learning everything just don’t let your self get overwhelmed

I felt like i had made everyone have high expectations because my sister is a manager of a starbucks at a different store and she knew my manager... she taught me some basic stuff but because she was a manager I thought I had to know everything.... lmao after I was done training I still have to this very day a billion questions. Its okay to not know cause tHERE IS SO MUCH TO LEARN DONT WORRY IT TAKES TIMES
