We do get yearly raises in January but it is always shit. You can always negotiate for more or ask for the training bonus since it's thrown at you so often. If they say No because you aren't certified ask why they are relying on you then and ask to GET certified. It like $75 for every new person who completes training.

The worst thing that can happen if you ask for a raise or a promotion is that they tell you no. If they don't have a legitimate reason to tell you no, go to your district manager and ask again.

I’m not for sure on this but I think you get yearly raises, in January at the start of the year as long as you’ve been with the company 6 months prior, also if your training baristas you should be getting a bonus for each person you train so you should talk to your manager about it bc I think you get 50-75 per person you train as long as your a certified trainer
