Let the urnex packet sit in an urn full of hot water for thirty minutes, then scrub with an urn brush. After it's scrubbed and clean, rinse three times to make sure all the urnex is out of there. Afterwards I'll take the spigots apart and clean the coffee out of them, checking the seat cups and the outlet where the coffee comes out of cause you can get some black buildup.
