Why is the coffee brewer leaking black fluid at the back corners? (self.starbucksbaristas)

If the bottom of the coffee urns is not fully attached, water/other liquid will leak down into it slowly, and the insulation and heat inside will make it a murky black sludge which will leak out slowly once it gets too full. Make sure the screws at the bottom are fully bolted to the urn. If that doesn't work having a shift call the helpline would be good, cause that would mean the urn itself is leaking.

Edit: spelling corrections

It was spewing out hot water really fast out of a part of the bottom too, which we fixed by turning a handle underneath the cupboard. We had to stop brewing coffee and also you can’t see the little green box where it usually says “now brewing”. It looks like it’s filled with water or steam.

Ohh, I thought you were talking about the urns themselves. I would definitely call the partner help hotline for that
