Trying to switch it up and not be bar/ CS. And icing it. I ride my bike to work too so I notice after a day on bar or scooping ice or warming all day that a day on Reg helps.

Get a brace. That's about it. I had a hard brace I would wear at night. At work I would bring a hard and a soft brace since it's hard to bar with the rigid one.

I’ve been using KT tape for my tennis elbow; night and day from the bulky brace I was given from my doc. In fact, my pcp didn’t even tell me about KT tape and it’s worked better than anything. I don’t care if its psychosomatic or not. It’s making my little wing feel better and I’m a tad less grumpy at work... except when Karen asks in her squeaky voice, “why do you have that weird black tape on your arm like that?”
Hey! Karen!
I don’t ask you about the 17 different diabetes-inducing modifications on your upside down Care-uh-Mel “Mack-ee-AH-tee”. Shuffle your leopard slippers over to the condiment bar, please and thank you.
Let me have my KT tape.

Sleep in a hard brace. It helped me a lot, even without wearing one while at work.

Yeah I wore a hard brace at night and then at work if needed

I avoided it at work, dreading how dirty mine would get 😂 Also, I'd probably plunge my hand in the sinks without a second thought and be stuck with a soaking wet, stained up mess on my hand.

Oh yeah 😂😂 that's why I had two. Another girl didn't use hers so that one was strictly a work one. It smelt quite gross lol

I had some really bad RSI/ Carpal Tunnel and it was starting toi affect the activities which I enagage in on a regular basis, which sucked as I use need my wrist to be in good condition for Sport/Music Etc.
Fortunately, I was lucky enough to come across a device called Powerball which has allowed me to get rid of my wrist pain by just using it for a few minutes while I watch TV every night! Now my wrists and fingers feel great, would really recoomend it if you are still in pain.

I had a lot of pain in my wrist and numbness in my thumb. So for a couple of months, I slept in a wrist brace with a metal support from CVS. Haven't had an issue since.

Here's an article that describes some $1 that can help prevent/lessen symptoms from carpal tunnel and repetitive stress injuries.
