Okay so I’m not sure if it’s in functions or in the misc tab but there’s a little button that says “refund mode”. It’ll change the color of the screen and you enter the items they want refunded, choose their initial payment type, choose how they would like it returned (Starbucks card, store credit, cash, credit card). Sometimes the system is really annoying and keeps asking about the receipt so I just kinda fiddle with it until it lets me scan their card again or whatever and it’ll print out 2 receipts, one for the customer to keep and one for them to sign along with your managers signature, and that one goes in the drop box. I hope that made sense.

See when it’s a refund for drinks I know how to do it. But it never seems to work when someone is trying to return merchandise.
