i know i sound real dumb... but how do u make someone just pay the difference for something. like if they say they want a grande but when u hand it and out and they say they wanted venti. i’ve been here over a year and don’t know lol

There's a refund mode button on the register where you can refund the grande drink, and then exit refund mode and purchase the venti drink. The difference will be the few cents they owe for the venti. We do this when someone gets over charged as well, to give them back the difference.

Assume the best and make it right. Just make them a venti and move on :)
