They ordered a doppio and made it a triple instead of just ordering a triple espresso.

Doppio espressos with more than 2 shots will always rig up as a doppio with triple or higher.

It’s very close to what we used to call the Liz-bomb with our opening crew. 3 shots, a splash of milk, 2 pumps white mocha, 1 pump cinnamon dolce. That shit woke you up like nothing else.
