No clue if it's the real rule, but we're a particularly busy store, especially through drive thru, so we slow down too much if we take more than 6 a car

Damn. I really wish we could do that. Also, separate orders in one car is an all too common occurrence at my store. I hate it so much.

We hit 95 transactions a half an hour, and I never heard this. I really really wish it was tho. I am pitching this.

It's not, I work at a super high volume store(1st in our district, 5th in our state) and we don't have this rule. I wish we did though. This should be implemented in all Starbucks tbh

We have these two girls who come through and order for their office. Half the time, they have no idea how many drinks they need, what they all are OR how many drinks they’re waiting for at the window.

We have people like that too. Our manager just will not allow it. Our DM has said, no. But they complain about our times. We had a group come through the drive thru for 17 drinks! We did it too

Our store is the busiest in the district. It’s next to a high volume hospital, mall, a college, & more. Once we were asked “Can I have 10 different Venti size Frappes? I don’t care what they are, they just all have to be different.” Sure enough, we made it. During peak.

Someone ordered 10 grande/venti frappuccinos in DT the other day without batting an eye. My customers would hate this rule just as much as we would love it.

Oh man, we are right next to a high school and frequently get requests for ‘5 pink drinks/light ice/Frappuccinos/waters’. They win. They ALWAYS win 😩
