So on the milk tab their is a right side and a left side. I think the left side does not charge and the right side does? Sorry if I’m wrong on that I’m new but I’m just a little confused when to press which side. And this might make no sense at all idk but if they ask for cream do I press half and half milk? Any help would be awesome

A “hack” my others parters taught me is if it is highlighted, then you use that side, ie. in a latte 2% will be highlighted in the left so if someone wants almond milk you click the left side almond milk. If it is not highlighted, like iced coffee, use the right side. The hole point is that if it is more than 4 oz of milk we need to charge. hope this helps!!

Left side charges - use this for latte, macchiato, Frappuccino... anything that is a milk-based drink. Right side is used for like iced coffee, regular brew, etc. if someone asks for cream, use half and half (breve) unless they specifically call out “heavy cream”

Use the left for milk based drinks. You don't charge for dairy if it's less than 4oz. So that is what the right side is for. And yep, half and half is cream.

Left side charges. Right side does not
