Anyone else have coworkers that get irritated when you've already worked your 6 hour shift, stay 20 min late to help a little and have gotten literally fucked all morning because you've been down a partner and want to go home?? No? Just me? Okay. 🙄

Stop being a pushover and leave at your scheduled time. It’s not hard. If your co workers are going to be absolute ass hats to you for helping out multiple times, then fuck them and leave when you are scheduled to. I’ve learned that the hard way after months and months of doing what you are doing but on a larger scale. No one cares about anyone else but themselves their.

Yeah. Ive been at 3 diffrent stores due to school and moving and I've gotten taken advantage of at every single one of them. I've always had a problem saying no to people because of my anxiety but im just at the fuck it point now. Im an opener and haven't had a day off in a week because people always ask me to cover shifts and i feel guilty if i say no
