I'm a decently experienced barista, but the store where I work is... a little bit lax about clean play. I have the resources from the quarterly book thing, but does anyone have anything specific that they try to accomplish? I want our standards to improve but I'm drawing a blank. thanks!

I scrub the fuck out of the fatigue mats and wash all of the urn lids, the grind baskets, and the sight glass
