People at your store will compete against each other to “win” a spot In the district barista champs. This is judged by your manager at your home store, then legitimate judges at the competition. Typically it’s 7-10 partners from your district but it all depends on how big your district is and who applied.

After this the winner moves onto the regionals I think? Then after that it’s nation? I honestly can’t remember what the line is lol but basically baristas can compete to become the “barista champ” and you get a trophy and a pin and sometimes they’ll embroider your apron. That’s everything my district did and my best friend won it!
