Fridges are supposed to be pulled out and swept behind every day when the floors are done. This actually DOES happen in my store so we don’t have caps or anything under our fridges. We have 7 fridges in our store so it’s chore but it does get done every day.

The design/build of our stores are not helpful to keeping it clean. There’s just enough space under the bottom cabinets for things to get stuck there but NOT enough space to really get the broom under to clean it out. Sooo aggravating!!!

My store is a pretty high volume store, with it being the only bux in our city, and every morning peak has never resulted with more than three caps under the fridges, let alone 20-30. That's so yucky!

Keep an eye on how bad it gets. Our store used to be disgusting but when we started scheduling deep cleans regularly it made a huge difference.

I've always loved the partners who are willing to get under cabinets and have pride in their workplace. I don't usually have the eye for detail or ability to kneel down so I'm glad someone does! It'll be very handy when you're a shift.
