Does anyone else get absolutely triggered when a customer is telling you how much of some liquid they want in their drink? Like “just a splish splash of heavy cream”. Girl what in the hell is a splish splash? Explain to me the ounces in a splish splash. Coach me Ms. Keto Diet. Or one time, had a lady ask for “just cap full of milk” and as I explained to her we free pour our dairy in some drinks, she just kept asking for just a cap full. I’m just like sis, you either want light milk, very light milk or none at all. Help me help you!

This was solely just a rant and I just wanted to get this off my chest. 😂

We have a customer who asks for just a cap full of cream. And he literally wants just a cap full. As in I LITERALLY pour cream into the cap of the cream container and then toss it in his Trenta cold brew.

We have a guy who asks for 2 teaspoons of milk and every time I wonder how he pours milk into a spoon well enough to know.

Exactly! And I always tell them we free pour so if they get wild, I’ll just put it in a short cup on the side because I’m not even gonna stress myself out like that.

If anyone gives a shit a splash is an ounce. So I say the word splash as Im pouring and that’s it. But no one ever wants a splash and they usually mean lite milk.

So what’s a “splish splash” then?

🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ an ounce and a half maybe 2 ounces. It sounds better than saying a splash splash or 2 splashes. Who knows we’re not payed to think.
