At that point I would call up the partner contact center. Make sure you explain your not feeling the values of Starbucks mission is not being upheld for your team. I would always go up and talk to you district manager. If your team is being over worked and feel like your being manipulated the DM needs to get involved

Our district manager is allowing it, he knows nothing about us or our team so he doesn’t care bc to him we are just names on his payroll tbh
