New barista: help with cold foam recipe. (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by gigi14505
Hello. I’m new can someone clarify the cold brew foam. I asked a couple of partners and I got different responses. I hope I get the right answer here.
Do you use non-fat for the foam or regular 2%?
Also what line do you fill it to for tall/grande/venti/Trenta?
Also what about the cloud macchiato? I know the steps but I don’t know to what line and do you make the hot cloud the same way as iced just with no ice??
Please help me lol I just want to learn and be a better barista <3

(Frothed on 3)

Cascara: 2 pumps cascara, nonfat to 100ml

Plain: 2 pumps vanilla, nonfat to 100ml

Salted: 2 packets salt, sweet cream to 100ml

(Frothed on 4)

Cloud: 2% to 100/150/200, 1/2/2 pumps syrup, 2/3/4 scoops cloud powder

You fill it to the 3rd line, add ice and then your shots and caramel drizzle

As for the other cold foams, you fill it from the ridge on the cup to the top... I don’t know how else to explain that I’m sorry lol

doesn’t salted get caramel pumps too?

I believe the caramel is just for the cold brew itself, not the foam. But I could be wrong D:

Yeah it goes in the cup not in the cold foam
