ive been at sbux 5 months and have prob have had only 2 hours in total of bar time since i have worked there

damn... so when a customer complains that the correct drink is wrong because a different store does it differently, you are the one to blame??🤔🤔

I did this when I first started. Don’t you have a partner at your store who is really by the book? I think In my 6 years there is always one person I work with who is like “ no no no, do it this way” lol who is constantly correcting other partners. I have always found it annoying but I just realized I guess it annoyingly makes me practice good standards lol

Make flash cards of the drink recipes and study them. If you forget a certain drinks recipe on the floor, check the recipe cards or ask someone else. It’s your job to know how to make the drinks and you’re screwing over customers and your fellow partners by doing this.
