Basic stuff. Everyone in uniform, no painted nails, no ecosure violations. Make sure the condiment bar and trashes are all taken care of. And make sure everyone making contact with customers (cafe bar, front register, DT window) are all SMILING and MAKING EYE CONTACT otherwise you might get called out.
