my first store i worked at for over a year and they never even dumped out the ice in the bin. the SM said we had to fill it up at close for the openers??? transferred to a different and better store and now we do the ice bins every night and the ice machine twice monthly on clean play thank god. ur a trooper for cleaning that out !

when i transferred i realized that no one had ever cleaned the machine OR the bins in the few months i worked there. NEVER. in MONTHS.

I washed our main trash bin the other day. I have a pretty strong stomach, and I took care of kids for 10 years before this job. I can usually handle awful smells and questionable fluids, but it was by far the foulest stench I’ve smelled in my entire life. I thought I was going to find a dead animal in there.
