I remember when they switched the ones we have now . I was also excited. Then a few months later I hated them. Lol I hope this doesn’t happen with the new new ones

It’s already happened. Company wide launch was announced in the summer ppk. Then retracted a couple weeks later due to quality issues being reported from test markets. But we will see, hopefully it works itself out. They look neat.

There are new pumps for mocha/chai//skinny mocha that are these brown bottles that take up less space, white mocha pumps that attach directly to a jug of white mocha and simple syrup pumps. They’re all a pain in the ass tho tbh

They’re not that hard to clean, I feel they’re more simple than the old pumps, less pieces to get mixed up. Daily cleaning you just need to rinse, pump hot water through, and sanitize. We only need to take them apart on clean play nights.

We just got these today, but no one has touched them other than to look at them like “the fuck are these?” lol. No one thinks they’ll be an improvement. We’ll see how it goes but judging by the comments here, I don’t have a lot of faith.

If you use a little heavier pressure than normal the thing explodes 😅 I’ve done it once and I saw my coworker do it as well! Huge mess in the middle of squeezing it into a Caramel Macchiato. It became just a caramel lol
