I just got a job interview for a barista position at a Starbucks and I was wondering if anyone could share tips that would make me look more appealing than others. I know it’s a pretty competitive job. I really want to work here and also just really need a job.

Hi! I just interviewed and got hired yesterday! Just be yourself, have some scenarios of times you helped a customer/dealt with conflict as these are questions that came up in my interview. I also took in a copy of my resume and when my interviewer said “I think I have your cell on file” I said “oh here it’s at the top” and handed her my resume. Good luck!

starbucks is HUGE on customer connections. so if you can fit that into your skill set it’ll look great!
