I’m 17 and was hired with an empty resume too! A bunch of my friends are also baristas, they don’t require any job experience. Build up volunteer work and extracurriculars if you can? They also don’t tend to look at online applications in my experience, and you have to go in to follow up. Chances are, if they’re hiring, you’ll be interviewed on the spot or soon after, so there’s an opportunity to make a good first impression based on your interview instead of your resume. Go for it! Honestly you’re only chance is to know someone who already works at Starbucks who can get you an interview, it’s kinda ridiculous but Starbucks likes to hire people that are older even though it’s an entry level job, I started when I was your age and I only got in cause I knew someone at my store.

2 of my coworkers were 17/18 and hired empty resume! Just make a good impression and hopefully that will help!

I’m 16 and was hired 2 months ago with an empty resume!! Just fill everything else out as you would and leave it empty
