Unfortunately I can’t bc our district manager only transfers partners with “legit” reasons

So that's technically against Starbucks policy. Fly over your DM's helmet and contact Corporate directly. If you are unhappy at your location they have to transfer you. As long as you are a hardworking employee you should be fine.

Hi! I just got hired by Starbucks so forgive me if I am being ignorant, but my SM said for problems like these to contact the Partner Resource Support Center at 866-504-7368.

Yes normally I would. However we have already dealt with them and that’s how we ended up in this predicament lol it would honestly just be easier for me to leave the company than to go through that process all over again :( it’s super draining and long
