Technically and I hate to be this person, but we have to make the moment right and the customer can customize their drink however they feel. I would continue blending it otherwise when you get that customer they’ll just give you attitude, you can avoid a problem all together and just make it.

while that is true, the trucks we get really dont account for all the extra stuff we put in the drink n it isnt a way to charge for that either. also the berries kinda fuck up the blender. the customers who request these drinks don’t really know what they’re ordering n get pissed at partners when it doesn’t taste like how they imagined, and we were trained to not blend refreshers period

The trucks you get don’t account for the extra stuff?? Your manager that’s placing the RP order should be accounting for the extra stuff, and upping pars if necessary.
Also, Vitamix blenders are a workhorse, a few dried berries aren’t going to mess them up in the slightest.
As annoying as trend drinks like this can be, who cares. It’s not like they’re asking us to make something we’re not supposed to (like blending a hot beverage). Nothing in SB policies says we can’t blend a refresher.

Actually when you put double blended, you add those berries, all the extra Work you put in that drink you’re store gets more hours which means better coverage.
