Ok so today someone opened a brand new Soy and it was curdled. I’m pretty sure the other partner I was working with used it. How do you not see that it is curdled?!(self.starbucksbaristas)

Was it actually curdled? Because 90% of the time, the soy milk has floaters and particulates, but it’s normal. A lot of folk confuse it for the milk going bad.

It was chunking out. I’ve seen a lot of soy and it was not right.
