When the store has been close for 20 minutes and a customer decides to come through and POUND THEIR FIST on the DT window. No sir, we will not reopen just for you and your tantrum. Drive 10 mins down the street to a different Starbucks with your toddler attitude. BYYEEEEEE.

We had a customer throw a rock though our front door, he was so mad the drive through was closed. It took two weeks to get the glass replacement, smh.

One time I had a man take the glass of sugar container and chuck it at me and it hit the wall behind me and shattered because we didn’t have sugar in the raw. 😒
