When its late to keep from having to reclean grounds on our grinder I just toss down a couple sheets of that paper we bake shit on to catch anytbing thar might fall from a grind and then just toss them at the end of the night.

Still imo it's alawys like a b pritoty. Yah grounds might cause a mess but its not gonna get us fruit flies! So I'm just saying that as a person that mostly closes I do this to kinda prep it but I'm way more focused on getting wet sticky bullshit.

We use an extra drip tray for the coffee urns under the grinder

We use a plastic tray that is usually found in our pastry case, I think someone just ordered an extra one awhile ago to replace it. It's a rectangle and has raised edges and works pretty well!
