Both of ours bars are down.....yeah....we have called them both in at priority 1 over 17 times in the last two weeks lol our filtration system is broken, we are down a blender, the back sink/Hobart is leaking everywhere so you have to mop every 5 mins and I’m kinda over it..... (self.starbucksbaristas)

honestly idk but our partners are champs and our customers are being super understanding and hopefully we get things up and running soon

sounds like my store oof. our espresso machine breaks probably once a week, our ice machine needs to be hubbed once a week cuz its a swimming pool all the time, filtration system dies often - i feel you.
