Technically not. I was not able to transfer directly from my licensed to my corporate store but I was hired on the spot due to my experience with Starbucks previously. However, ask to be trained as a brand new employee because many licensed stores don’t adhere to the same standards as a corporate store. Learning from scratch allowed me to practice my skills and un-learn bad habits from my licensed store!:)
