Omg I legit had got into it with a customer when she said her iced coffee wasn’t how it tasted like dunkins!!!! I was like “idk how they make their iced coffees mam’”
And she had the audacity to yell at me telling me how I don’t know!?!?!? I straight up told her because I for work Starbucks not dunkins.... I’m sure I might get called in about it 🤷🏼♀️

This! I live in Missouri and this woman came in asked if we can make this drink that she got at a coffee shop In Idaho and didn’t know what was in it, what it was or anything other than “it was so good though”. She was awful.
