I feel you! I stayed at Starbucks way too long. It was a fun job in itself, but all of my coworkers were pretty rude and constantly talking shit about other partners. Almost all of customers were flat out mean. I couldn’t believe level of anger customers had over simplest of things. I think that every barista’s experience really depends on the people they are working with/for. I would wait it out a little bit at least to see if you get more comfortable as you learn. Maybe you’ll love it! If you really don’t like it, then leave! Listen to yourself. Not every job is for every person! 💕
