QASA is Starbucks’s Health inspector, they are VERY strict and stressful to deal with. They score us based on things like using date dots, lids on milks and inclusions, sanitizer having the correct balance, rags being out of the sanitation bucket, drains being dirty, washing of hands, no hands in aprons, closed ice bins etc. When you are the busiest highway store in your district with a bunch of new green beans it’s hard to pass :( I recommend learning more because they do not schedule their visits! They just pop up and you should be prepared!!
