is it normal for my store to be absolutely disgusting but the store is so busy that a GOOD cleaning never actually gets done? And what should I do about it?

My store does clean plays (deep cleaning tasks) outside of store hours. Myself and a coworker will stay until 1:30am so all we’re doing for 3 hours is those cleaning tasks. Our store is super busy and hectic and tbh the bar is just not set up well, so it gets disgusting very quickly. If we didn’t have the clean plays there would be a lot that got missed. Maybe try talking to your SM about a clean play outside of store hours.
