hi guys i need some help, i’ve been working for a starbucks for 3 years but they recently let me go over a little incident. it has been months and i’ve tried applying to every other starbucks around. whenever i submit an online application i INSTANTLY get this email... what could this mean? I couldn’t say for certain, but why else would you be immediately marked as not qualified? Unless you missed something on the application, I don’t know...

nah i had everything filled out on the application, ugh i’m upset. the starbucks i worked at before wasn’t even a real store and i put up with so much there and they let me go over the smallest thing and now i can’t get a job anywhere ☹️ thank you for your help!

You might be ineligible for a certain amount of time (say 6 months or something like that) given whatever the incident was idk. I’d call partner resources or whatever

it was at the end of february i was fired from the other one, i tried contacting them before and they didn’t do much but i will definitely try again! thank u

i know i meet the minimum requirements of the job because.... i worked at another one for 3 years.... i just don’t know what to do:(

i mean based on the incident you’re blacklisted for a reason. if you really wanted to you could try a licensed store

i literally just had a mental breakdown and was crying in the back room really loud & i went home because of it, next time i showed up they fired me... i mean i wanna try in person but if i’m blacklisted aren’t i like out of the question for hiring?

I'm a little late to this thread but hopefully this information could be helpful.

You may have answered one of the recruiting questions incorrectly? (I believe this is an automated response from the recruiting site.) You should attempt to apply again... maybe you clicked the wrong response for work type eligibility. If you're concerned you are not eligible for rehire you can call the Partner Contact Centre to inquire why.

i know all of the questions were answered correctly:(( i will definitely call them but i worked at a licensed store and wasn’t given a partner number, i’m not sure if they’ll be able to help me

talk to a DM or SM from a store you’re interested in best way around it is telling them your situation and seeing if they can help in any way
