Which CBS get switched at night to new ones? My coworker said mocha doesn’t get touched, so just the dark caramel and the frap roast get changed?

It depends on what its dated for. I replace things dated to go out at close or right at open.

It might be the fact that the CBS container for the mocha was already changed by the morning crew who made it in the morning and needed more so they use the next day's mocha already.
