You know, the ones in the boxes. I have been asking and asking what all the proper informations are for them and have not gotten a single answer. Well, except from co-workers who answer, "Well I wasn't told either but I guess..." So stupid and frustrating the lack of communication in this location. Or at least proper communication.
Can anyone Please fill me in on proper handling? Are we supposed to pitcher them? I'm guessing yes since we are, but it would be nice to have proper confirmation on that. How long are they good for in the pitcher? In an open container in the fridge? Are they even supposed to be in the fridge? When we put them in the pitcher do we add water? Any help is better than what I have now.

In the infusion pitcher, good for 24 hours. Opened box is 5 days. One box fills up the pitcher, so no need for water until you make the drink in the shaker. They sent us new top pieces for the pitchers.

We got the new tops as well, which was why I was pretty sure that was how they were being handled. I wasn't sure it wasn't being "lemonaided" though. Maybe no one ever answered me because they thought it was obvious and I was being dumb, but I like having the answers stated for me so I know my assumptions are true ones, and not something I made up in my head.

You pour it directly into the pitcher, no water. You can keep them on the shelf. They’re also good for 5 days so you can shove them into the fridge after closing or something.

I had no idea they were good opened on the shelf for five days. That is need to know information since I have been pouring them out and washing the pitchers every night and didn't know that needed to change.

Actually it’s 5 days in an opened box refrigerated, 24 hrs in a pitcher

You don’t put water in the pitcher but pls make sure you put it in the shaker like old infusions, I have heard SO many baristas say that they are not made with water and won’t budge even after I showed them the recipe card lol
