i'm trying to train a partner and it keeps giving the error message that the session can't be established. "maximum number of concurrent user sessions has been reached" but we're the only people using computers????

Have you tried closing out of all the tabs?? Or restarting the computer maybe? Hopefully it's a simple fix.

apparently it was a system wide issue, i talked to enterprise and eventually it got fixed!
