So I didn’t ask, just watched two interns casually walk in asking about the mobile order and asking my other coworker to not only put them all in trays but to bag it up for them individually while they typed away on their phones :-) yep

i was moving the drinks in front of them right next to where the trays were so they can get the hint.. but my coworker is too sweet so she did it for them 🙃

I mean we usually put mobile orders of drinks more than 4 in a drink tray anyway... I probably would have had all of them sitting on the counter in drink trays already.

Reminds me of the one time someone ordered 100 venti lattes. She claimed she was going to take them to the hospital across the street and left with about 20 of them. The other 80 she just left on the bar. She paid for every single one of them but only took those. Ended up talking to the police a little while later and they said she was off her rocker.

Yeah it was too busy to toss out 23 drinks so we just left it there until we were going to clean the section, but then they came to pick it up

Isn’t there a time limit of how long we have to keep them until we have to throw it out? Cuz honestly once it hits the 1hr mark, it’s trash. There was a drink tho that has sat on our hand off for MOP for about 8 hours lol

I think it depends honestly how busy the store is too, bc when it’s super busy it’s really easy to forget about mobile order drinks laying around. You’d be surprised I’ve had people come pick up drinks 4 hours later then ask it to be remade bc it tasted bad lmfao no shit man it was sitting in front of the sun for like 4 hours

Yeah that makes sense. Honestly I just can’t forget about how the drink at my store sat there for 8 hrs, it was funny. Another time some got a blended strawberry lemonade and a BHR (which we didn’t have at the time so we waited for them to come) and I just watched that strawberry lemonade melt, it was gross

One time we had a 12 venti strawberry refreshers and 1 venti pink drink. The tea shaker and I really got to know each other that morning 😂
