So for backup individual tea storage we just use the boxes they come in, but that results in 3 boxes of one tea open and no boxes of another tea, and tea bag all over the floor. How does everyone else store there back up tea?

We use the boxes. We keep them in labeled spots on a shelf and instead of opening them by cutting the tape, we cut a hole in the small side of the box (that takes up about half the side) so we can keep them in the boxes but still stock with minimal fuss.

Plastic storage bins. So we can see what's in there.

You mean the hot tea sachets correct? I use the plastic containers with the red lids to store them.

We have them in boxes that we keep stacked with the name and date. We just keep them closed how you close a box.
Also we keep them in plastic baggies of ten and we reuse them.
Best for inventory.
