My soul left my body out of utter disgust. I calmly explained that ma’am, we can’t make a Frappuccino hot. “Guest” (r/tarbucks) proceeds to ask friend what she got the last time she came and her friend confirms it as the hot Frappuccino. Customer asks “so you don’t do that here?” I, again calmly, tell her that you can’t make a Frappuccino hot. It’s a blended drink. I offered her a caramel latte w the dark caramel sauce, whip, and crunchy pieces on top but no. That’s not good enough. And now I have a customer strike. Thanks Karen.
