i once had a lady order a caramel macchiato upside down with no caramel and whipped cream. so a vanilla latte with whipped cream. i tried to tell the lady very politely that it would be a vanilla latte with whipped cream, but she insisted that it wasn’t what she wanted. when my coworker made her drink and called it out, she threw a fit about how i wrote it on the cup (why waste space???).

i mean if you wanna spend an extra dollar okay 🤷‍♀️
