Fun fact, if you measure out the amount of 2% and HC you put into the sweet cream, you’re actually putting the exact same amount of each.

I can make this in my sleep, because of the amount we are constantly making. Most of my baristas don’t even look for the recipe card they just chant my name until I recite it - thinking about it now, I think I’m a cult leader.

We absolutely make two 2L pitchers of it every morning. It’s 52 pumps of vanilla, half heavy cream, half 2%, and a big stir.
