I was always told when I’m on the first bar, I can’t leave to get anything if I’m the only one making the drinks, i was even told to not move from that area for any reasons. So I’m like alright that’s cool. Coworker yelled at me for not getting stuff like ice, berries, etc.

Coworker is dumb, we are supposed to ask customer support for those types of things. I’m sorry that happened :( your focus should be on the drinks ☕️

That’s what I thought. My coworker said they will tell the store manager. I’m like ok go ahead. I’ll tell her what I told you.

So if they play caller is doing there job right and putting people where they need to be. You shouldn’t have to move from bar. My SM hates when people are constantly moving from their assigned station. We utilize the playcaller sheets a lot and she just bought us a white grid board so all partners can look at it and see where they are supposed to be.

Yeah basically.

I had to remind partners today during a busy peak with a 7 person floor about staying in their roles. It's lovely to have people who can flex when necessary, but should always be up to the play caller.
