i feel like corporate really tries to outdo themselves with making you feel good about yourself while also letting customers treat you horribly. especially with asu benefits, healthcare, spotify, a 401k, etc. idk maybe it’s just me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oh definitely. That’s the actual reasoning behind automatically investing partners in shares. It’s an incentive for them to stay employed.
