Someone literally came in with their kids on Christmas with cookies and said “my kids thought it was unfair that you guys had to work on Christmas and wanted to bake you guys cookies” and then proceeded to buy 5 drinks for the whole family while saying it’s sad we’re open on the holiday. People really don’t understand irony.

We were closed Christmas but open thanksgiving and Christmas Eve, of course we had those people bitching we were even open but a few tipped us really good and some brought us desserts and tipped so all in all it was ok, almost made up for the massive amounts of Karen’s

I honestly hate it when a customer makes a comment about me not smiling or something else completely asinine... like, ok Karen, me not smiling doesn't mean I'm unhappy, I just have a resting bitchface. If I smiled all the time my face would hurt. Your comments only make me hate you.
