I really love 2 of my shifts and all of my baristas are amazing it’s just 2 other shifts :/

I completely know what you mean. I have a supervisor who just doesn’t like me and is best friends with the SM and wants to get me fired. It sucks ass.
The only thing I recommend is if it gets bad, call corporate or whatever the number is (ask a shift you trust) and report it. Then ask to switch locations.

It happens sometimes. Shifts are judgy (sometimes). But you're best bet it to prove them wrong.

Aaaaalso, I have no idea abt dealing w sucky ppl at other stores. At my store the shifts are almost all sucky. A couple are great. But I always borrow shifts at other stores and 99% of their shifts are AWESOME. It's just my store with the sucky shifts. So I can't tell you. It depends on your luck honestly. I would check out stores you are considering transferring to and get to know the baristas and shifts bc there's no guarantee things will get better sadly.

Orrrr I would ask any friends you have at other stores/ borrow at other stores to see what they are like. I think things will get better though. Why? All these shifts have known you and prejudged you and it's hard to change their minds bc ppl are stubborn. But it's clear to me that shifts/ baristas who haven't known me as long and see me as frequently like me better!!

Well today I had a borrowed shift work at my store and she texted her manager, who then texted my old manager, that I was basically doing things wrong and was laughing at me (i was at DTO/R when it was slow to give out a break) and so my old manager showed me the screenshots and I just wish if people had a problem they’d tell me :(
It really made me question wanting to stay with the company but I think when I transfer stores it’ll be better (I hope)
