I currently work at a licensed Starbucks store and I'm debating if I should transfer to a corporate store because working at this store is really draining me. I'm the assistant store lead and I'm doing everything myself but without the pay and I feel very unappreciated. Has anyone here transferred to a corporate store from a licensed store that can give me some advice.

My advice is do it. Don’t even think twice just transfer.

Important note, you will have to get hired by a corporate store and quit your licensed store. There is no system for an actual transfer because licensed stores are not owned or operated by Starbucks corporate.
