That's an interesting question. I'm going to lookup the legalities of that. I'd imagine anyone doing that around children is risking some severe consequences - on top of being a disrespectful creep.

This hasn’t happened at my store but we were just talking about what we would do if it happened! We said we would immediately ask them to leave, wayyyy inappropriate.

It happened at my store multiple times. Unfortunately my location isn’t doing well and for some reason that means we don’t have the budget for cameras. They’re installed but they don’t work and our DM won’t give us to okay to fix them. Anyways, because of this we aren’t allowed to kick anybody out. We can only encourage them to leave. I caught a guy watching porn full screen on his laptop. He left it on after walking up the the counter when I was cleaning the table next to him. I told my manager and she just went up to him and said “sir we have had complaints that you are watching pornography. I am going to ask you to please refrain from that” he then went on to deny knowing what porn was and that he wasn’t watching it. He was caught 2 more times and he still comes in every day for 5 hours. One of my coworkers even caught a guy masturbating in the back corner near the bathrooms. My coworker freaked out and walked him to the door. It was bizarre.

They can’t have that in the lobby because it’s a family area. Like faced toward anyone. If you can see it or someone else you have to ask them to leave. This has happened on my shifts more than I can count on my fingers. The first time I called my dm and it happened so much with one person they got banned.
